In this month of September, the comrades of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) celebrated 19 years of existence. Our brother organization was founded on September 21, 2004 when a unitary congress merged the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) People’s War and the Maoist Communist Center of India. Since then it has represented the revolutionary sentiment and the most heartfelt aspirations of the proletariat and the popular masses in that country.
Courageous comrades have joined the ranks of this communist organization which has been leading a people’s war against the reactionary Indian state, against imperialism. Several of these comrades have fallen in combat, others have been imprisoned and put in the jails of the rotten Indian state. But in spite of the difficulties, of the different military campaigns undertaken by the governments of the day, the Communist Party of India (Maoist), the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army and the Revolutionary Democratic Front have come out ahead in the midst of these class struggles. They have not only the support of the toiling masses of India, but the solidarity of the workers, peasants, intellectuals and communists of all countries of the world who recognize in the revolution in India an advance guard of the world proletarian revolution.
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) on the occasion of the celebration of its 19th anniversary of foundation has called upon all popular and revolutionary organizations to undertake celebrations between September 21 and 27. Celebration to which we join as members of the International Committee in Support of the People’s War in India (ICSPWI).
Therefore, from the Communist Workers Union (mlm) of Colombia we send an internationalist and revolutionary greeting to the Communist Party of India (Maoist), to its Central Committee, to all the militancy, to the fighters of the People’s Guerrilla Army of Liberation and to all the oppressed and exploited people of India, for this new anniversary of foundation. We are sure that the people’s war is on the right path and we will continue to express our admiration and support to the revolutionary process in India.

Saludos revolucionarios al Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta) en su 19 aniversario de fundación.
En este mes de septiembre, los camaradas del Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta) cumplieron 19 años de existencia. Nuestra organización hermana fue fundada el 21 de septiembre de 2004 cuando en un congreso unitario se realizó la fusión entre el Partido Comunista de la India (Marxista-Leninista) Guerra Popular y el Centro Comunista Maoísta de la India. Desde entonces ha representado el sentir revolucionario y las aspiraciones más sentidas del proletariado y las masas populares en ese país.
Valerosos camaradas han entrado en las filas de esta organización comunista que viene dirigiendo una guerra popular contra el reaccionario Estado hindú, contra el imperialismo. Varios de estos camaradas han caído en combate, otros han sido apresados y puestos en las cárceles del podrido Estado hindú. Pero a pesar de las dificultades, de las distintas campañas militares emprendidas por los gobiernos de turno, el Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta), el Ejército Guerrillero Popular de Liberación y el Frente Democrático Revolucionario han salido adelante en medio de estas luchas de clases. No solo cuentan con el apoyo de las masas trabajadoras de la India, sino con la solidaridad de los obreros, campesinos, intelectuales y comunistas de todos los países del mundo que reconocen en la revolución en la India una avanzada de la revolución proletaria mundial.
El Comité Central del Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta) con motivo de la celebración de su 19 aniversario de fundación ha convocado a emprender celebraciones entre el 21 y 27 de septiembre a todas las organizaciones populares y revolucionarias. Celebración a la que nos sumamos como integrantes del Comité Internacional de Apoyo a la Guerra Popular en la India (ICSPWI).
Por consiguiente, desde la Unión Obrera Comunista (mlm) de Colombia le enviamos un saludo internacionalista y revolucionario al Partido Comunista de la India (Maoísta), a su Comité Central, a toda la militancia, a los combatientes del Ejército Guerrillero Popular de Liberación y a todo el pueblo oprimido y explotado de la India, por este nuevo aniversario de fundación. Estamos seguros de que la guerra popular marcha por buen camino y seguiremos manifestando nuestra admiración y apoyo al proceso revolucionario de la India.
